The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of clients using HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get maximum value from HubSpot products. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide exceptional service and drive client growth.

In this role, you’ll lead client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You’ll serve as the main point of contact, guiding clients through all processes. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage timelines, and leverage automation tools will be essential to keeping projects on track and clients excited.

This role involves leading customer engagements, ensuring customer success, applying technical knowledge, developing standard processes, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
